Perched at the edge of Picara Point in St. Thomas, Villa Arpeggio offers oceanfront living where modern luxury meets soulful serenity. Inspired by Balinese architecture, the villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, welcoming gentle sea breezes and showcasing sweeping Caribbean views.
Layout & Bedrooms
Villa Arpeggio features four spacious king bedroom suites, each with a private ensuite bath and thoughtful separation for both privacy and togetherness.
The primary suite, located on the main level, offers a separate entrance, private balcony, and uninterrupted ocean views, creating a serene retreat apart from the main living areas. A second king bedroom is also located on the main floor within the main house and includes its own private balcony.
On the lower level, two additional king bedrooms open to shared sitting areas with a smart TV, ideal for families or friends traveling together. One of the sitting areas includes a queen size pullout sofa for additional flexibility. The villa’s laundry facilities are also located on this level.
